1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together we call them “cookies”.

2. Cookie Categories

• Strictly necessary (always on): keep you signed in, keep your account secure, remember your “Remember me” choice and remember your cookie choice. These do not need your consent and cannot be switched off.
• Analytics (off by default): would help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.
• Marketing (off by default): would measure campaigns and show relevant ads.

3. What We Actually Use Today

Today testfortalent.ai uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: the sign in session, the “Remember me” setting and your cookie choice. We do not use any analytics or marketing tools or trackers. The Analytics and Marketing switches are ready in case we add such tools later; nothing in those categories will load unless you turn it on, and we will update this notice and ask you again first.

4. Your Choices

On your first visit, you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject non essential” or “Manage preferences”. You can change your choice anytime with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser and, when you are signed in, on your account, together with the date and the version of this notice. We ask again after 12 months or when this notice changes. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional cookies stay off unless you turn them on yourself. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
